Some kinda bug in IE Version 6.02

    I'm running windows XP Pro and caught some bug that has disabled my ability to change my home page. It goes to msn.com regardless of what I set it to do. Of course Microsoft wants to charge me $35 to fix it. lol Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
