Guessing that the ISP at home is different that the one at the office...You'd have to edit the account info and change to the home ISP SMTP info...

Is the ISP at the office different than the one at home?

Some, but very few ISP's will allow you to send mail with a different ISP settings.

It's called spoofing when you use SMTP setting from a different ISP and is the reason why most won't allow it.

Best bet would be to contact the ISP or if you can get on the internet have a look at their website, some ISP's will have a help section on configuring your email application. (If you cant get on the internet thats your problem)

If you have recently changed your internet service its possible that you may have to change your username/password/server settings.

First port of call would be the ISP help desk.

    Cheers
