Re-read the instructions, you need to click the 'Advanced' button, then you can access the special instructions to tick.

At the bottom of the permissions box it should say:
For special permissions or advanced settings, click 'advanced'. That is where you access the tick boxes.

    So, to recap:
right click the CLSID, select permissions, click the advanced button, tick the appropriate box which will pop up.

I just looked on my tow boxes here XP Home & Pro and the procedure is the same for both.

No, actually this was my fault, not yours. I was using the registry manually, not with Reg Lite.

I'm having someone create a registry fix for this, and I'll post that up soon as I get it.

    Sorry about the confusion.

OK, we're going to use ComboFix to delete that file:

Place ComboFix on the Desktop & run this at the command line by hitting the 'start' button, then select 'Run' and when the window coms up type in cmd and hit enter. Then, at the command prompt type:

    "%userprofile\desktop\combofix.exe" /v awvtr

Hit enter reboot and lets see if that got it. If it doesn't we'll get that registry fix.

OK, delete that copy and DL a fresh one to your desktop, see if that works.
