can't delete certain files

hello again,
I have a problem with some files on my pc.
It are (or used to be) jpg files, and they stil have that icon, but I can't open them, delete them or check their properties.
I don't think they are vital to a program (like I said, it are jpg files), so i would like to remove them.
I've tried the schredder in spybot, but it didn't work, and also move on boot didn't do the job.
can anyone help?

ps. the pc is working fine and none of the scans I do found any spyware or other junk. even when I specificly scan these files.
