Computer suddenly slow as paint drying

My computer is suddenly running very slow, both generally and on the internet. I cleared out all my caches, ran Ad Aware, Avast Anti- virus, System Mechanic, and defragged. I also recently had to reinstall AOHell. I am using DSL. Below is my HijackThis log file. Thank you advance for any help!

I don't see anything in the way of malware however, I do see you have Avast and McAfee. Does the McAfee have anti-virus included? If so, this could well be your problem.

Running two av apps will in general slow down your PC. Decide which you prefer and remove the other.

Your log has a couple of minor items in it, nothing to be concerned with really.

Run Hijackthis and look over the following entries I have listed, check the boxes next to them and press the "Fix Checked" button with HijackThis. When you are doing this, make sure you have No IE windows, or other browsers open, including this one. Reboot if I have specified below, and post a fresh HijackThis log.
