Outlook 2003 Quits - no reason

    Outlook 2003 Sp2 quits multiple times. I can re-create the problem by just opening and closing e-mails. This is on an HP 4300 with XP sp2. The App version is 11.0.6565.0 and the modname is outlib.dll. I've re-installed the entire Office suite - Problem still exists. I downloaded office 2003 sp2 and re-applied the sp - problem still exists. Can someone point me in another direction? Thanks.

    Any errors listed in your event viewer?

    To open Event Viewer, go to Start > Run and type eventvwr.msc, click OK.

    Check your Application log for errors (relating to Outlook).

    You can double click on any error for more details, and there is also a button to copy the error to your clipboard for easy copying & pasting.

    Resolved

    Snap-it (7.0) add-ins where removed. The problems was resolved.
