Is there an way to calculate cost per page? I know how to get the cost per page for the paper, but how about for the printer?

We have an old Ricoh printer/photocopier/fax machine that I think the toner costs plus paper costs would be cheaper than sending something to a printing company to be printed. Am I right?

We have a standard one page form, 10% coverage of toner, that we use in all our files. The printer charges 5cents a page to print it. I think it's cheaper if we photocopy the sheet ourselves, since it doesn't need to be on nice paper or really well done.

    raingirlIT--
That is a pretty open-ended question.
For example, how do you charge for depreciation? How much is the value of office staff involved per hour? Do you want the pages collated, bound, etc.?
You seem to know how much printing with the Ricoh costs (count the number of pages printed per toner cartridge) vs. a commercial printer. And you know whether you need the quality of the commercial printer vs. the Ricoh.
What is it we can help with?
The following is probably not too helpful in your situation but might be worth a look
