policy in domain

    i recently joined an xp workstation to my domain. although i am having trouble using the group policies. i have installed the Active Directory, but am unfamiliar with all the settings. I have joined a computer called CLIENT to the domain BERNDOMAIN.COM.

    How do i use the policy to modify the CLIENT settings, ie.default user background, desktop settings, etc.??
