    Sup peoples,
I've been playing around with file redirection to home directory for a little bit, but I have had some users telling me that they are losing documents sometimes went the pc restarts or it locks up during restart or shutdown. I didnt know if there was a script that could run at start up and shutdown that would check the My Doc folder for new or updated files to be backed up to the server. This way if they have a problem, the worse case is the My Docs didnt sink with the server and life is still in order.

Know I have a feeling this could make the boot and shutdown process alot longer. How would you feel about it? Im saying the data is backed up, but if it takes 3 yrs for the pc to get in working order it just might not be worth it. (sarcasm)

Also does anyone know where i can find good material on scripting for MS.

Why not redirection? If you redirect the documents folder to the home folder you will never lose anything, unless you lose your home folder!
