Trouble with clicking on web email links.

    When ever I try to bring up a email link so I can mail this person I get the secure warning that reguires to log in, but I forgot my User name and password for microsoft passport. How can I fix this. I remember a while back that someone mentioned using the floppy to do something but I no longer have a floppy. I have a CD burner thro, Thanks, Dean

    When I try my( what I thought is my password) I get this message ( Fatal Login Error. hr = 80041010, f = -2147217392

    problem fixed.
