Can't see email in inbox on outlook express

I recently installed a new computer on my network that has all windows XP on every PC. I set up an email account on the new machine and checked out the account using outlook express. I set up the same account on two other PCs but when I open the inbox on them there is no email messages but there is on the new one. How can I get the other two PCs to show all the email?

 

pleasantlake--Double check the OE account.set up on the two PC's having trouble.
If all is OK, the simplest fix could be OE Tools|Accounts|highlight each of the older PC's OE accounts (separately)|Properties. On the General tab there is a box "Include this account when receiving.... ". Is the box checked? If not check it.
Did the two older PC's have a working OE account before the problem started?
If so,

2) If that has not helped, you might consider a System Restore to a date before the problem.
