Use SiteAdvisor internal update feature, for IE:

• Click little black arrow in SA button
• Select 'Get latest version'
• Follow prompts

For FF:

• Open FF
• Select 'Tools'
• Then select 'extensions'
• Click 'Find Updates' for McAfee SiteAdvisor

I read somewhere (maybe on this BBS? ) that Google will start flagging links to sites with content of a suspicious nature. I have not seen any examples yet, but many of the sponsored links on Google go through adware sites.
