Need some help with a HJT log

I have a laptop that I need some help with. I just had this machine less than 2 months ago for the same problem. I have updated and run Spybot, Adaware, Ewido and AVG. All have cleaned up a bunch of stuff but I'm sure there's more to do. Here are the logs from HJT and Ewido, any help would be appreciated.

Hi Pete,

The AVG virus warnings have stopped, but I am seeing some Ewido pop-ups about malware, happens about every other boot. The last two have been for a file called iqqr.exe in the system32 folder. I keep replying to the prompt to clean it but doesn't seem to have helped. I had to go to safe mode to remove quicklinks, everytime I clicked on the remove button, the little 'ok' or 'cancel' window would only flash up for a second and go away. It allowed me to remove it in safe mode though. I couldn't find the two files you said to remove, I guess they were cleaned up earlier. Here's the new HJT log;

I've pointed the laptop owner to that page before, and provided written instructions on keeping the adware/virus software updated and running scans. It doesn't seem to have done much good so far.

What's your take on Ewido? I've noticed in a lot of threads it's recommended that it be downloaded, installed updated and run. I downloaded and installed the free version from the Grisoft site and I keep it updated and run scans with it each week. Is it best to re-download it from time to time and reinstall or is just keeping it updated once installed enough?

It looks like the laptop is good to go again. I was on the net about a half an hour visiting different sites with no redirects. I haven't seen any virus or adware warnings either. I ran scans with everything again just to make sure and they all were clean.

Thanks very much for the help. This time when I return it, I'm including a stern letter to the young man this belongs to about keeping the prevention software up to date and doing scans regularly. He seems to love installing search toolbars, free screen savers and such, which is probably where most of this stuff comes from.
