Some email missing with 'leave on server'

    My email is set to leave a copy on the server so that I can download to two PCs. When I download on the second computer it downloads most but not all of the messages which arrived the first time. Any ideas?

    It doesn't seem to matter if I've deleted or not. Yesterday I tried downloading on one machine and deleting the email. When I downloaded to the second machine that email still appeared. Sometimes it is time specific, ie no mail from a single day, but sometimes the second machine downloads some but not all messages even if nothing has been done on another machine

    Go back and look at the leave on server settings. There are a couple of settings....

    It's set to leave on server for twenty days (the missing email has always been within a couple days) and not to remove when deleted from the deleted folder.

    What does the setting for "Remove from server when deleted from deleted items say?"

    Are both machines setup the exact same way?

    the remove from server etc checkbox is unclicked. both are the same.
