    I have an open box in MSO that i can't close. It is the one
    where you enter the code into, I changed my mind about
    setting up the file, but I can't close the box.
    Please Help!:(

    Right click the Taskbar, left click Task Manager (or press the Ctrl/Alt/Del key combination).

    In Task Manager, go to the Processes tab and see if you can identify the entry for the dialog box. It may be an entry with the words, "Not responding. "

    If you figure out which one it is, click it once to select it and then click the "End Task" button. When the process you have selected disappears from the list, clost Task Manager.

    As you started to load Word 2003 the installer is trying to complete the task. If Miz's solution does not work - and the box appears after a reboot you should try running Windows Installer Cleanup Utility If you need further help with using this pleae post back.

    I suspect code = CD key.
