    I'am looking to buy a new Computer should I stay away from motherboards that have integrated video cards

    Okey,
    I believe you were given a few hints in one of the other threads that you started, look for the logo: Windows Vista Premium Ready PC.

    If you were to build a computer yourself, there are many considerations and I guess there are only a few motherboards with integrated graphics that will handle Vista to the full extent.
