Email deleted in Netscape 7

Hello,
This am I came into wrok opened Netscape to check my mail and my trash/inbox/sent etc mail was gone. I also got a msg to setup my email again.. I dont know what happened here, can anyone advise where to check for my messages?

Your e-mail is almost certainly still there, but your Netscape profile has gotten corrupted so that you cannot access it. The e-mail should be somewhere under the "Documents and Settings" folder, but I recommend against trying to access the file directly except as a last resort.

The first thing to try to is to uninstall and then reinstall the application.

For the longer term, you should switch to Thunderbird, because these problems occur less frequently with Thunderbird.

With NS7.2, I would not bother with the program, i.e. uninstall/reinstall.
The problem is in the profile. One can fix the problem after some effort, in a variety of ways. Check the link that I gave.
