 Don't know what I did, but when I try printing anything, it prints w/very small font... also, when I use Google Maps- Directions, if I change the Zoom value, the map prints correctly, but the 'directions' line does not... it's offset from the requested map..... help

jammer--I understand you are talking about what is printed directly from a webpage in IE.
If you had just said that you were printing small fonts uniformly in a document, I would have said you should open your printer's Properties or Preferences window and look for a setting. For example, my HP printer has the option to change the size of the printed sheet on the Effects tab. You can choose anything from 100% normal to 1%.
However, I am not sure what to do about the Google maps/directions issue. Perhaps a setting in Google Maps? Is the font for the directions also small in addition to being offset?
Does what gets printed look different than what you see when you click IE File|Print Preview? Note you can also change the size of what is shown in Print Preview. I have no idea if that also changes the size of fonts/images in what is printed.

Tx for response, as far as the Google Map , Print Preview also shows the direction route 'offset'.... (Print copies Preview, but printed Direction is 'small')... small print seems associated w/ IE Websites only... (other printing is 'normal'... Test Sheet; WORD Doc;).. Tx

jammer--So Print Preview is showing the offset but normal size font, but when you print the font has changed?
If so, and you have tried the suggestions made earlier, I am at a loss. Regrets.
Hopefully someone else will come along to help.

    jammer--
Is the small font problem limited to printing Google maps? Or does the broader problem still remain?

WelshJim... tx for your help.... the small print problem was related to a print size-on-screen program I downloaded... I didn't realize that when I altered the screen print size with this pgm I also altered the actual printing size.... tx again:eek:
