trouble with whole computer and internet plus xp home [asking for Remote Assistence]

    :( i really need someones help really bad im not sure what is wrong somehow last night i got into this program that tells you all your error msgs a log or something and i see i have had alot and none of them have ever been corrected so while i was going through i found that i can invite someone to share my screen or something like that to take a look at the problems and i was hopeing that someone here would do that for me and see if they can help cause i dont want to delete anything im not meant to. i have no information other then that cause there are so many errors and everything is running so slow im hopeless at the trouble shooter that never corrects the problems. thankyou so much i hope someone can help or give me a site that someone may be willing to do this for me.

    Hello ninna and welcome :)

    Please be specific as to what log you're referring to.

    Is your worry based on this log, or are there specific problems with the performance of your system? If there are specific problems, could you list them seperately, each in its own sentence please :)

    I have added to your thread title to reflect you're asking for Remote Assistence.

    Do this:

    1. Go back to that program that tells you all your error messages and
    2. use the File Menu at the top to save the messages or export the message and
    3. save it to My Documents.
    4. Then open the messages in Notepad and copy+paste the text here in your next reply.
