    Hello Guys:
I hope you can help me out with this problem, when I turn on the computer I get the SOYO DRAGON LOGO,then it skips the post and goes straight to loading up windows 98SE,everything works fine, except the post.I went into the bios and disabled fast boot with no results.
my motherboard is a Soyo Dagon Plus--2 and the bios is american megatrends.
    thanks--BERT 5

    Bert

This is not an OS specific problem so I have moved your thread to the Hardware forum.

    Hi Bert 5.

Somewhere in the bios is a setting that allows you to turn off the SOYO DRAGON LOGO. It will then show the post data. It is posting, your system is just set to show the SOYO DRAGON LOGO instead of the post data. Let us know how you made out.

    WONT show post

    Hello Giles:
Thanks for the information,I checked the bios again and for the life of me I cant find any entry to disable the Soyo Dragon logo, but I found the information that if I push the TAB button on the keyboard the instant the soyo logo appears I will get the full post, you were correct about the post being hid by the logo ---Thanks Bert 5

    Hi BERT 5.

You're quite welcome. Those guys that design that seem to have their own particular way to display their logo. I guess that way guarantees that it will get seen more often than not. Advertising works.

    Way to go.
