Log on problems: receiving error "user profile problem"

Hi, when i log on, a windows appears saying user profile problem, default user selected, incorrect function and because of this i can't open an files in my documents

 

unfornatly the files can't be copied as the user had set hide folders from other users

 

try to boot in safe mode. then logon with Administrator account. You can see all files there. and backup your files.

 

I coudn't, so instead i changed the owner to a different user, copied the files to a dvd, and then deleted the old user, and created a new one, thanks for all your help
