is there some advantages and/or disadvantages of internet connections ways available: first ISP connect customers to global network via they proxy server
(however, I can use direct connection to global network as well(without proxy), but this way speed will be very slow, 64Kbps only.) Second ISP connect all customers directly, and provide them static IP. Third ISP provider connects customers to global network via cable, which is used also to transmit cable TV(this provider provide all customers with modem which separate cable TV and internet signals, a cable is in an apartment already) Monthly fee for service are approximately identical, for indetical speed. Which method is preferable?

For starters you might want to compare apples to apples.

    ISP #1
Connects you to the Internet VIA Proxy Server
    or Direct Access @ 64Kbps

    ISP #2
    Static IP
    Direct Access

    ISP #3
    Connect Via Cable Modem

There is very little information to use to compare to make an informed choice.

Things you might want to consider:
    1) Are they all high speed?
    2) What is Max Upload/Download Speeds?
    3) Is there a limit on Uploads/Downloads
    4) Can I get this service where I live?
    5) What can or cant I do with the connection (host websites/mail/FTP server)
    6) Whats the reliability/quality of the service?
    7) What kind of protection do I get (privacy/viruses/spam)?
    8) Do you need Direct access or will a Proxy work also?
    9) What's the cost of comparable services (some ISPs offer different plans)

If you can get answers to those questions, that would probably help you make a decesion.

    Hope that helps.

    All providers offer unlimited traffic.

    ISP #1
Connects to the Internet VIA Proxy Server
    or Direct Access @ 64Kbps
speed: up to 3Mbit/s(local and foreign traffic*)

    up to 1Mbit/s - $11.00/monthly
    up to 3Mbit/s - $17.00/monthly
    charge a one-time fee ($37 +$18) for connection

    * - if foreign traffic via proxy

    ISP #2
    Static IP
    Direct Access

    speed: up to 1Mbit/s - $15.00/monthly
    speed: up to 2Mbit/s - $22.00/monthly

    ISP #3
Connect Via Cable Modem - Cable Modem provided for free
No need stretch cable, since cable TV exists already
    Speed: 2040/512 kbit/s (download/ upload ) - $18.00/monthly
    Real IP, direct access(no proxy)
    no extra fees

as to other services(/mail/FTP, etc) they are mostly similar

In all honesty all the ISPs seem to be very competitive.

However I would probably go with either ISP#2 or #3. Less problems I can see. A proxy in the way is a way for them to filter what you can and cant view. ISP2 and 3 seem to be almost the same. If you need a static IP take 3 if not go with 2.

Hope this helps when you make your choice.

All in all you cant really go worng with any of them.
