anti-virus for server

Hi all,

I have a home network with one NT server and one workstation, which anti-virus product is suitable for me?

Any of the major AV products for single systems should be fine.

The major advantage of the server/client packages is the ability to download one copy of an update from the web and have it automatically pushed out to a large number of clients - many of which may not have any internet access.

Since you only have the two machines, I'd just install AV and set it to auto-update.

I have the retail version of McAfee VirusScan 6.0, but it refuses to install on the server.

I did some looking around and several of the personal AV products indicate 2000 Professional specifically which makes me assume they might choke on Server.

Still - it would be worth checking around to see if one will. I think any of the "enterprise" products will run you a bit more money.
