File System is RAW

Hello guys, Something strange happened to my harddrive a few months ago and I still haven't found a solution... I was doing my usual stuff and everything was fine until I rebooted for some reason and when it was done rebooting I noticed that 2 partitions of the same drive were labeled as local drives in explorer and if I click on the drive icon to see whats on it it says that it is not formatted and when I reboot the system it identifies them as RAW drives.... can I recover was was on it with a program of some kind....
