Windows updates in Add/Remove programs

    Configuring a new pc with Windows XP Home Edition.
    Is there a way to stop all Windows updates from appearing in Add/Remove Programs without uninstalling them?

    Yes - uncheck 'Show Updates' at the top of Add/Remove Programs.
