Win XP Backups

After using 'ntbackup', I find I can't open the file/folder unless I assign a 'program' to open it with.... what program should I assign ? Tx

 

Tx for the quick reply.... your suggestion worked, however, the Desktop Icon of the backed up files won't open unless I assign some 'program' ?! Also, how do I save what I backed up to a 'removable' disk? Tx...

From the Start menu click on Help and Support and type burn into the search box. You'll see Copy Files and folders to a CD and How to add more files to a CD. Clicking on them displays instructions to burn files to a CD or adding more files to an existing RW (re-writable) type CD.
