    Record phone calls - computer
    Long list, hopefully you can find what your looking for. If you will be recording your inbound / outbound calls, should check with your state laws concerning phone call recording.

    robls99--Not a computer based solution, but many phone answering machines will allow you to record a (short) conversation. Read the manual.

    Yes! And some devices have a jack for an extension spkr or headphones, and this can be used w/ a direct cable connected to a sound card Line In port. The digital answ machines record in wav format.
