exchange issue address list

    Greetings IT guys

    I have an odd issue, I have a user who is not showing up in the global address list, only at one offsite location. Just one user, she shows up at all the other locations just this one location she is not... any ideas

    It is spreading

    Ok now all my branches can not see this user???? I know the box that hides user from global address list is not checked.... Please any help would be great....

    Is that site using Outlook in Cached Mode? If so is the offline address book updating and downloading properly? Is there a Global Catalog at that site? If so is it properly replicating?
