Help with starting Windows

    I'am having problems with getting into my computer.. It keeps rebooting at the part where it says ..safe mode and i cant get past this part.. is they any way to get back into my computer.. ? I put my recovery cd in but it only lets me.. reformat..
    thanks for any help on this..

    Sounds like you cannot get to Safe Mode. No option for repair or reinstall. I could only suggest that if you need the data off the HDD, you would need to put the drive into another computer (as slave or secondary master if it is not SATA) and copy the files from it.

    It is a branded computer so you could try asking at the manufacturer's forum, they may have a trick or two, but it seems you are trapped. Look at the FAQs at the manufacturer's website.

    Unfortunately I don't hold much hope.
