exchange 2003 offline address book

    Ok so here is what is happening......

    Some of my users are dissapearing from the offline address book. They are not checked to hide from address list... and if you uncheck cached mode from the outlook client they show up. I have removed users rebuilt them, rebuilt the address list and then redownloaded it to the client and they still do not show up......

    any thoughts....:confused:

    At least yours is doing something. :) I'm about to open a case with PSS about offline address books. Mine is not generating properly and every KB and website I've found hasn't helped yet. Kind of hard to switch over to cached mode when you get nothing in the GAL while offline.
