Outlook 2002: Sometimes I send files by email from within Windows Explorer - eg if I want to use the XP resize option, or if I am using MS Word it's quicker to go file/send to mail recipient.
How can I ensure my signature is placed at the bottom of messages sent in this way?

Also, when adding contacts to the address book, is there any way to change the default "file as" to be first name, last name? Currently it defaults to last, first and it would be nice if I could avoid having to adjust this manually for every entry.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jo

The send files by email is a stripped down emailer....Once the new mail message comes up you should be able to click Insert->Signature.

Thanks Steve - that's what I was doing, just wondered if there was a better way.
    Cheers,
