I recently switched to Wal*Mart's "wmconnect.com" ISP to save a few dollars. It's AOL code but for the price I'll live with it. Here's my problem. When printing an e-mail, web page or anything from the program to my HP LJIII, Epson Color Stylus or Acrobat pdf writer I get a page with only a screen name ID on the bottom margin. No data of anykind. Their "tech support" recommended deleting the "spool" folder in the programs sub-directory. That made no difference. I've reloaded the program 2 times to no avail. It does run and print properly on my laptop however. What would you recommend next? By the way, all other programs that access the printers work properly.

Obviously it is something with their software. I would uninstall/reinstall your printers. Works on your laptop? Was your install order the same?

Thanks for the suggestion kat. I tried that with my primary printer (the HP Laser) no change. Another odd symptom is what it does print in the tag line on the bottom margin. It shows the path of a previously non-existing file from the Windows Temp folder as the source.
