Audio Problems

    HI ya i have a HI-grade Ultis PV4 computer. At the moment whenever i play any movies or music it plays the backgroud sound louder than the forground noise. SO i can hear the horse drawn carte very loud but i cant hear the words that are being spoken and with music i can hear the track really well but i cant hear any of the lyrics. Can anybody help me please

    try changing your sound card to see if that is faulty .

    I can duplicate the above problem on my TV. TV audio setting is "Surround Sound ", but the signal/audio signal to TV is not / incompatible. Find your audio play back options for your computer (sound card /media player - look for audio signal processing) and choose / experiment until you find one that works. You may have to close / open the player or not use player while making changes... but that is generally on video settings/changes. With luck you will be able to change audio settings while listening to source.

    Yes, I was thinking that it would seem to be set for 4 channel, 5.1 or 7.1 but you are only have two speakers.
