XP/OS Seeking means of saving netscape 7.1 mail folders for recovery

    Have been searching Windows Explorer for access to undeleted emails AND emails saved to 'new' file folders listed beneath 'Incoming' verizon username.

    Seeking means of transferring these files to a 'new folder' for storage and reference/recovery, as needed.
    footnote: Newbie here on bbs Thanks for any help.

    The 7.1 profile is hidden in WinXP , and that's where the Mail folders.
    I suggest that you get a more up-to-date browser/mail than 7.1, like Seamonkey1.0.2. This is discussed in "sticky" section by Ramona.
    Then, you should create your Verizon account. Any other folders, especially, those comin g from the Inbox file can be used in the new account, but not added directly to the new Inbox .
