IE error after uninstalling Money 2002 deluxe

Hi,

I uninstalled Money 2002 to free space, and now when I start IE(or anything that uses that), it pauses for about 15 seconds and then attempts to install Money. It's trying to find it, but when I try to allow it to install, it says it needs a cd(it was pre-installed). I tried to find where I can remove the reference to Money in IE, but I can't find it. I also looked in the registry, but I'm lost there. Please help as it took me over 30 minutes to get to this page because of my problem.

I would like to just remove the reference, I'd rather not pay 60 bucks simply because MS forgot to take care of this during the uninstall.
