Limited or no connectivity with 64/128 bit security enabled

Limited or no connectivity it’s driving me mad.

I have no problems connecting my laptop to the company network via a wireless access point, with the security disabled.

When I activate the 64 or 128bit security, then try to log on to the network I get LIMITED OR NO CONNECTIVITY.

Can any body help???????????
