is there a multi usb

i only have 2 usb ports, can you buy like an extension cable which contains several usb ports or must i install seperately

 

If you do not want to open your computer you could use a USB hub. The hub will use one of the ports you have now. I have seen hubs with as few as two ports up to a seven ports. Make sure you get a hub that is self powered. (Has a power own power supply.) Also if your computer has a open PCI slot you could add a USB card.
