Office 2007 Beta

    FrontPage 2003 crashes after installing Office 2007 beta :(

    Removed all the 2007 Beta stuff but still get the error

    Report The error To Microsoft So when they release the final version of Microsoft Office 2007 They Can fix it. Also Its not really such a good idea To download Beta versions.

    If nobody 'downloaded' (= installed) beta versions, nothing would get fixed :)

    But yea, you need to realize you're even more a guinea pig running beta software as opposed to running released software :D

    Every incident has been reported to MS. My only concern at this point is getting FrontPage working again.

    Different versions of msOffice do not play well together. If you must run two different versions, make sure they are on different partitions.
    You may have to run the 'detect and repair' function (under the 'Help' menu) on FrontPage to get it to work properly again.

    I've removed everything 2007 Beta and reinstalled 2003. I still get the error with the freshly installed FrontPage 2003 so the only thiong I can think is there is something in the registry blocking it.

    Yes I did. No help

    I completely removed all Office software, ran the Windows installer cleanup utility and reinstalled Office and got the same results. :(

    Sorry. If I where you I'll try to find some help in MS Newsgroups dealing with the beta. I've never let FrontPage anywhere near my system!
