I don't know what the heck I did on a work computer here!

The Icons are all faded on the desktop and the gal has to put the shortcuts on every day.

the quick launch buttons are gone

    some folders can't be seen/found

Oh yeah and all her favorites disappeared.

Can I do a rollback somehow and fix it? And if so, will it delete any work program work that has been done... or only windows?

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks so much!

System restore will restore the computer back to the state it was in when the restore point was made - any programs, updates etc installed after the restore was made will not be restored. Personal data files are not monitored and are not affected by System Restore.

have you tried scanning for spyware and adaware? Your computer seems to be seriously infected with the aforementioned
