I assume that you are running Windows XP SP2?

    Run the following command:

Start > Run type cmd [Enter]

Then run (pressing Enter after each command):

    netsh winsock reset catalog

    netsh int reset all

    ipconfig /flushdns

    help again

I was just informed my client uninstalled service pack 2.
So will the fix you already gave me work, or will reinstalling service pack 2 fix the problem?

You have to run XP SP2.

Then you can run the commands I gave.
