Is there a way set custom error message(page) in Internet Explorer, instead of standard "The page cannot be displayed" page? (when user try to access a Web site, but type incorrect url, etc)

Some amplification, I meant: DNS error redirection and 404 error redirection.
This will redirect a DNS error and 404 error to a custom pages. If the user enters a wrong URL, Internet Explorer will redirect the user to a custom page. Does it possible via changing appropriate Registry settings, or special software required?

Apparently it can be done from a server. I don't know about right on your own computer. If your running a server and want to change it, look at this.
    Custom 404 Error

I knew what you where asking...

I'm pretty sure you can't change a registry setting, those error pages are integrated in IE program files. You'll have to use the IEAK.
