Steve Indiana - Welcome to the Board :)

You've done all the hard work - just a couple of things to clear up - your log is clean to my eye :)

Please move hijackthis.exe to a folder on your hard drive, say C:\HJT - the Desktop or a temporary folder are unsuitable locations as a back up is made of any changes made using HJT.

Close all other programs and scan again with HJT and place a check mark against these entries ....

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {4D25F926-B9FE-4682-BF72-8AB8210D6D75} - C:\Program Files\MyWaySA\SrchAsDe\1.bin\deSrcAs.dll (file missing)
    R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn0\yt.dll (file missing)
    O3 - Toolbar: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn0\yt.dll (file missing)

Turn off System Restore - this will delete your existing restore points some of which will also be infected.

Reboot, turn on System Restore and you're 'good to go'. Have a great weekend!
