administrator log on

Up till now, I have been the only user on my system. Now, I need to add another account, but when I did, the system only recognizes the newly added account. It does not allow me to log into the administrator account which is where all of my stuff is located. So I created a second user account. Same thing happened. How can I create an additional user on my system, allowing them to log on at the welcome screen, but I still continue to work under the administrator where I have been all along. When the new accounts were created, at the welcome screen it only showed the new accounts as options to log into. Not the administrator

 

downloaded tweakui, enabled show administrator option, works fine now.
