You can also purchase Translation Software that can convert PowerPoint presentations from English to Spanish or Spanish to English.

Systran has 3 products that will do it, here is probably the medium priced one.

The software can give you a good translation but the orginal text before translation needs to be well written with proper grammar.

I have used it for many Power Point presentations and the more current the version of Windows and MS Office the better it holds the formatting.
