Password for Seamonkey1.0.1 not saved

I noticed that the password for this website is not saved, and that is the only one out of over a dozen which does not do it.
I enter the username, and the password, and chack to save, and then Login. As soon as I login the password disappears, leaving the line blank. There is nothing in the Password Manager, and, on closing even the username disappears. No big deal, but I wonder if others have the same experience.

I don't log out, and therefore all user name and password information is saved.

SeaMonkey does show a Password, whether logged in or logged out. Have you checked your Password file for WindowsBBS? It could be that your Password file is corrupt. Try renaming the PW file, log in here, and see if the password is saved.

 

If the file is corrupted, it is only for this website, because all other sites save the password. As I think I said, the oddity is that I can login, but there is no password listed. And, even stranger is the fact that I have to enter my username and password sometime, and sometime not. Probably since I am already in, through FF1.0.8, I can get in Seamonkey. I will have to exit, and try again, at a later time.
