    Hello All,

I have started having problems after installing SP2, my computer keeps shutting down advising me that lsass.exe terminated unexpectantly with a status code of 1073741819. I have checked trhe knowledge base and was told that I had to adjust the rep|interval to be greater than or equal to 15 and less than or equal to 10,080. The Q300038 tells you what to use to change the value of the rep|interval which is currently set to 180, but when I attempt to make the change I am told that one of my intergers is not properly formatted. Has anyone made this change and can they tell me the exact way to put it in. The q300038 isn't very good on telling you what to put in the box. Thanks for any and all responses.

I suspect it wanted Hex and you tried to give it decimal or vice versa.

    Hi Newt,

I thought it wanted decimal, perhaps you could take a look at the article and tell me what you think?

I agree - it does look like it wants decimal numbers.

Try adding a Rep Interval of one minute and it should default to a setting of 15 minutes (lowest possible). If you add a cost of 99999, it should default to 32767 (the highest valid cost).

What values were you trying to put in?

    Hi Newt,

I was trying to put in the values that the artivle called for, namely, equal to or greater than 15 or equal to and less than 10080. Can you show me how to put that in using the greater than and plus signs?
