Packed.Win32.Tibs Virus - How do I remove it?

    My anti-virus program (F-Secure) found this virus: Packed.Win32.Tibs
    in this file: C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\PHQGHUME.EXE-241B65BD.pf

    How malicious is this virus? How can I get rid of it? And, can I simply delete the file?

    F Secure definition:
    "Packed.Win32 is the designation for the generic detection of malicious software (trojans, backdoors, worms, adware) that is packed with certain sophisticated file compressors. "

    You can safely delete any & all the files in the Prefetch directory.
    Then, delete all files & folders in c/docs & settings/username/local settings/temp

    Download, install & run Ad-aware, Spybot Search & Destroy & if all else fails then download & use Ewido anti-malware:
