i have lost the folder Option

Hi this is my first Thread i wish to get help


i have lost the folder Option what is the reson and how i can resolve it

 

xplover--Not sure I understand. Is this a folder or file named "Option "?
Or "Folder Options" on the drop down menu when you click Windows Explorer Tools" ?
Or "Options" on the drop down menu when you click Outlook Express Tools? Or?

 

thanks alot for reply yes on Exploror Tools folder option is hidden

 

xplover--If you do not feel comfortable editing the Registry, open the Registry (Start|Run|type regedit|OK). Now, before making the changes suggested by PeteC, click File|Export and follow the simple instructions. That will create a .reg file (make sure you remember where you put the .reg file) which when you click on it, will restore the Registry to the way it way it was before you made changes.
And if that is still too uncomfortable, you can try this fix,

Once you download this file, just click on it. Or if nothing happens, right click on it, then Merge.

(I think you got the first bracket in front of "color" too far away from the word. )

Actually all you need to do to format (like bolding or color) what you type on this BBS is to highlight it and then use the options immediately above the Reply box. For color you click the symbol that is an A with a line underneath it.
