Currently running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro and find it annoying that each time I click a web link in any email a new IE web browser opens up.

I thought it was in the browser Internet Options under Advanced "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts ", but doesn't seem to be it.

    Any suggestions?

This is by design. MS said that, when putting together Office 2003, the majority of users preferred it this way (according to the feedback).
As far as I know, it can't be changed.
At first I was surprised and I hated it - but now I kind of like it.
