I am placing this thread in this forum because antivirus programs show no infection.Adaware,Spybot S&D,Ewido, all come up clean and Hijackhtis Log appears to me to be clean. This just stated happening recently with a yellow info box(like the one that appears when you move the cursor over something)that appears on top of web pages and states this: "press SPACEBAR or ENTER to use this control ".When I sroll down on the page it stays in the same spot as if it were on top of the page and when I link out it disappears. It does not show up on every page and no particular one either it seems almost random. Also if someone could tell me the appropriate name for the little yellow cursor box I swear I will never forget. If anyone has any info on the other thing that appears on my web pages I would greatly appreciate it.Thanx in advance.:D

I have not seen what you describe myself, but I have a strange feeling that it is associated with a recent change to the way ActiveX works with some items that are embedded in web pages. Following a law suit against MS they were forced to make some changes to the way ActiveX controls work with certain HTML coding on web pages which are associated with certain programs. This change was released through the last batch of Windows Updates.
